Solace was founded to offer rapid, easily accessible counselling and healing support. Healing is not linear and is not a journey that you have to endure on your own.
With combined experience across medical, institutional, transitional housing, community, and inner-city settings, Kayla and Maggie are committed to creating a trauma-informed, culturally safe, and welcoming space. Their work is grounded in gentle, intentional approaches to supporting individuals navigating diverse forms of trauma and stress.
Every life journey is unique. Together, we walk alongside you in pursuit of healing and light, working collaboratively towards goals that reflect your individual needs, values, and strengths.
Solace Healing and Wellness Services is a private practice offering supportive counselling services. We focus on individual strengths while healing different forms of trauma and stress.
By gently addressing our thought patterns and lived experiences, we focus on regaining empowerment and control in our lives by offering a client-centred approach.
Solace can support individuals and families with additional healing resources, community referrals, and assist with facilitation and application to outpatient and inpatient treatment centres.
